Job summary

CamFit is seeking energetic Sales Associates to be the face of the studio, greeting members and guiding through memberships, renewals and retail. You will meet daily sales goals in a fast-paced HIIT environment and support the member experience.

You'll collaborate with coaches and team members to maintain a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere while using Orangetheory's sales systems and CRM tools to track memberships and inquiries.

In this key front-of-house role, you’ll be the face of the studio—greeting members, managing sales, and supporting the overall studio experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
• Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred)
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in fitness or wellness environments.
• Familiarity with membership management and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and gym equipment management.
• Experience in supporting or managing multi-location operations.
• MS Office platform and troubleshooting experience
