Job summary

Camarillo Fitness Management Holdings LLC, doing business as CamFit, is seeking energetic Sales Associates to greet members, manage memberships, and drive sales at our studio. This front-of-house role demands a friendly attitude and strong customer service.

You will tour prospects, process sign-ups, maintain records, and support daily operations while collaborating with coaches and team members to create a high-energy member experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
• Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred)
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community
• Experience working in fitness or wellness environments.
• Familiarity with membership management and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and gym equipment management.
• Experience in supporting or managing multi-location operations.
• MS Office platform and troubleshooting experience
