Eq3 Ltd in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Sales Associate to join our outlet team on a full-time, commission-based basis. You will deliver a high level of customer service, assist customers with furniture selections, and help drive sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Shifts run Wednesday to Sunday, with Mondays and Tuesdays off. The role offers a base earnings plus a biweekly performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package as part of our employee program.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.

Sales Associate - Commission Based

We’re looking for dedicated, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our outlet team as Sales Associates. This is a full-time, commission-based position at 70 Lexington Park.

Schedule:

• Wednesday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

What Would You Do?

• Using proven selling techniques, you will assist customers with the selection and purchase of new home furniture and accessories while providing outstanding experience.
• You will support the delivery of sales promotions and ensure that the showroom is clean and organized.
• The Factory Outlet is open from Wednesday to Sunday. Days off will be Monday and Tuesday.
