Job summary

Apple Self Storage Vaughan is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support the manager and customers at the storage location. The role focuses on driving sales, delivering great service, and keeping the site safe, clean, and secure, with 16 to 20 hours per week.

You will handle transactions, follow up on inquiries, assist with the Call Centre occasionally, monitor inventory, and report performance to the Site Manager. A customer-focused, flexible team player thrives with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in retail, hospitality, or sales.
• Ability to work full-time during site opening hours, and occasional after-hours availability as required.

• Manage Payments & Accounts – Process transactions, follow up on late payments, and keep records up to date.
• Keep the Facility Running Smoothly – Oversee daily inspections, ensure maintenance is handled, and monitor inventory levels.
• Prioritize Safety & Security – Enforce security protocols, respond to emergencies, and be the first point of contact for after-hours incidents.
• Stay Organized & Report – Track key metrics, report to the Site Manager, and keep records audit-ready.
