StorageVault Canada Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to elevate client service in a growing self-storage business. You’ll deliver friendly, professional experiences and help manage daily desk operations and tours.

We offer a 6-week paid training program, day shifts, and pathways for advancement. Starting pay is $19-20/hour with bonus potential of $2,000-$5,000 annually; health benefits after 90 days and paid vacation support a healthy work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude with strong people skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are assets.
• Flexibility to travel between nearby locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Helping clients find storage solutions that fit their needs.
• Managing front desk operations, customer inquiries and property tours.
• Confirming reservations and completing rental agreements.
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
