Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate POS (point of sale) systems and handle merchandising tasks such as receiving shipments, replenishment, and price markdowns.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and positively at the store level.
• Stay updated on our products and services.
• Engage with customers on culture, including fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble online store orders.
