Job summary

Village Juicery, part of the Big League Food Company (BLFC) portfolio, is seeking passionate Sales Associates for our Spadina location. You will engage customers with nutrition knowledge, build connections, and help meet store goals in a fast-paced food and beverage setting.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused and able to work evenings and weekends. Prior retail or wellness experience is a plus; certifications like Smart Serve are welcome but not required.

Position Overview

Big League Food Company is hiring for passionate and enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our Spadina location.

Who You Are

• Enjoy engaging, educational dialogue about nutrition and wellness and have a genuine commitment to customer service
• Passionate about wellness, plant-based nutrition and functional foods
• Well-spoken, dedicated, hard-working and full of good vibes
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. Previous experience an asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Fueling customers with delicious juice samples while sharing product knowledge
• Preparing smoothies, hot beverages, coffee, and tea
• Building genuine and respectful connections with every customer
• Working with management to meet sales and overall store goals
• Maintaining store cleanliness, processing payments, and assisting with opening and closing duties
• Smart Serve and Food Handler certifications considered an asset

Pay and Schedule

• Type: Full-time role
• Compensation: $18 - $21/hr (inclusive of bonuses and tips)
• Must have a flexible schedule with ability to work evenings and weekends
