Booster Juice Southeast Edmonton is looking for a Supervisor to lead a dynamic team at Davies Corner. You will oversee daily store operations, ensure service standards, and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage inventory, maintain food safety, and drive sales while upholding Booster Juice quality and policies in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead the team in delivering Positively Outrageously Customer Service.
• Train, coach and support team members to deliver high-quality service.

• Respond to customer needs and say thank you to every customer.
• Ensure beverages and food items are provided consistently for all customers.
• Ensure smoothies, food and other beverages are prepared to Booster Juice standards.
• Enforce health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations and uphold quality standards.
• Uphold standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products.
• Delegate and oversee cleaning tasks in accordance with the daily checklists and cleaning standards.
• Present oneself professionally, lead by example and demonstrate clear communication skills.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and cash register policies are followed.
• Manage inventory stocking and recording in accordance with guidelines.
• Lead the team in achieving store goals for increasing sales and improving profits.
