The successful candidate will have 1–5 years in factory or food production, experience with team management, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. Strong English communication, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with kitchen prep, including knife skills, slicing, shredding, deli slicing, and portioning.
• Prepare salads, wraps, parfait jars, sandwiches, soups, dips, dressings, and marinades.
• Roast nuts and assist with baking and decorating bakery items.
• Prepare and organize orders and packaging while maintaining accurate order sheets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area, including equipment and dishwashing.
• Monitor production issues and take proactive steps to resolve them.
• Follow all quality, health & safety, and food safety standards.
• Be a positive, reliable, and collaborative team member.
