Job summary

LensCrafters in North Vancouver is seeking a Casual Part-Time Sales Associate. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, help clients select eyewear and accessories, and contribute to achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving customers; retail or customer service experience a plus, but enthusiasm is essential.
• Sells with a friendly, proactive approach and builds lasting customer relationships.
• Comfort with technology to help customers shop confidently.
• Interest in eyewear fashion and staying current with trends.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build relationships to meet/exceed targets and assist existing customers.
• Provide personalized eyewear advice and recommend solutions based on lifestyle.
• Learn and grow through hands-on training and guidance from experienced colleagues.

En tant qu’associé aux ventes Oakley, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’offre d’une expérience client exceptionnelle. En atteignant les objectifs de vente et en proposant des solutions personnalisées en matière de lunettes et de vêtements, vous aiderez les clients à améliorer leurs performances grâce à votre expertise et à votre passion.

Principales Responsabilités

• Stimuler les ventes et établir des relations: Atteindre les objectifs de vente et dépasser les attentes en développant des liens avec les clients et en établissant des relations durables. Aider les nouveaux clients et les clients existants à trouver des produits qui répondent à leurs besoins.
• Devenir un expert en vision: Offrir des conseils personnalisés et recommander des solutions de lunettes adaptées au mode de vie et aux préférences de chaque client.
• Apprendre et vous développer: Améliorer vos compétences grâce à une formation pratique et collaborer avec des professionnels expérimentés pour offrir un service de premier ordre.
• Collaborer et contribuer: Travailler en étroite collaboration avec votre équipe pour maintenir un environnement positif et favorable où chacun contribue à la réussite.
• Créer une atmosphère accueillante au magasin: Garder le magasin propre, organisé et visuellement attrayant, en veillant à ce que les clients profitent d’une expérience de magasinage sans faille.
• Favoriser l’inclusion et le respect: Cultiver un environnement inclusif et respectueux pour les clients et les collègues.

Ce Que Nous Recherchons

• Passion pour le service à la clientèle: L’expérience en vente au détail ou en service à la clientèle est un atout, mais votre enthousiasme à aider les autres et à créer d’excellentes expériences est essentiel.
• Sens des ventes: Prospérer dans un environnement dynamique, en utilisant vos compétences en communication pour fidéliser les clients et stimuler les ventes.
• Maitrise de la technologie et souci du détail: Aisance à utiliser la technologie pour permettre aux clients de profiter d’une bonne expérience d’achat sans faille.
• La mode: Un vif intérêt pour les lunettes et les tendances de la mode, avec la capacité d’aider les clients à trouver leur look parfait.
• Motivation personnelle et adaptabilité: Rester motivé et résilient, s’adapter aux environnements trépidants et toujours rechercher des occasions d’apprendre et de grandir.

Pay Range: 18.25 - 18.83

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
