Job Summary :

As a Sales Associate at the Minecraft merchandise popup store youll be the frontline ambassador for one of the worlds most iconic gaming franchises. Youll be responsible for delivering a fun welcoming and efficient shopping experience for guests of all ages while helping the team meet daily sales targets and ensuring smooth store operations.

This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic customerfocused and love working in a dynamic fastpaced retail or event environment.

Job Title : Sales Associate Minecraft Exhibit

Location : Square One Shopping Centre

Schedule : JuneSeptember 2025 (12 weeks) Must be available 3040 hours / week

Shift Structure : 57 hour shifts 6 days / week

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with purchases and product info

Operate Square POS terminals and handle cashless transactions

Restock displays and maintain a clean wellorganized store

Act as a positive and engaging representative of the Minecraft brand

Support guest flow and line management

Skills and Qualifications :

6 months experience in retail customer service or events preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Energetic positive and comfortable interacting with people of all ages

Reliable punctual and able to commit to scheduled shifts

Comfortable using pointofsale systems (training provided

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
