Job summary

Carter's Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate in Milton, Canada. You will greet families, guide them through baby essentials and school-day preparations, and support them through moments of parenting.

You will handle in-store and online shopping, process transactions, and help maintain stock and store appearance. A friendly, proactive approach and strong communication are essential. • Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize loss.

As a Sales Associate, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet new parents and grandparents, introduce them to our baby essentials, help them prepare for their first day of school, and support them through all the big and little moments of their parenting journey.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve customer issues while balancing multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist customers with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.

Compensation

$17.60 per hour based on experience and location.
