Desa Contracting & Restoration offers full services of Restoration & Refurbishment for condos, hotels, institutions, and industries across the GTA. They specialize in expert management of emergencies such as floods, mold, fires, trauma, and asbestos removal. Desa provides services for lobby and hallway refurbishment, building envelope waterproofing, garage refurbishment, water and fire restoration, roofing, balcony refurbishment, electrical work, exterior caulking, water and mold damage restoration, fire damage, and asbestos removal.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Associate role located in Markham, ON. The Sales Associate will be responsible for selling Desa's restoration and refurbishment services to condos, hotels, institutions, and industries across the GTA. Duties include identifying leads, prospecting, cold calling, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
• Experience in selling restoration or construction services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the restoration and refurbishment industry is a plus
