Sundial's Wine & Beyond in Lethbridge is seeking friendly, customer-service driven individuals for a part-time Sales Associate role. You will greet customers, educate on products, and guide purchases while maintaining stock and store presentation.

Responsibilities include processing POS transactions, following cash procedures, and supporting merchandising initiatives. ProServe/Serving It Right is required; first-aid is a plus, with flexible scheduling offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail environment (as per role).
• High School Diploma or equivalent and ProServe/Serving It Right certification.
• First-Aid considered an asset; training in wine/beer/spirits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and greet customers, guiding to products.
• Handle customer transactions on the POS device and manage cash handling per policies.
• Stock shelves, participate in merchandising and promotions, and assist with store maintenance.
• Adhere to OH&S, LP, and ProServe/Serving It Right requirements and report hazards.
