Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Sales Associate, you'll be a big part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in an appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

What You'll Do

1. Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customers to return, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
2. Maintain the sales floor and ensure areas meet visual standards.
3. Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram updates including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising.
4. Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners.
5. Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
6. Help organize the stock room and keep the store tidy.
7. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
8. Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Leader.

What You'll Need

• Previous retail experience is preferred. A love for music and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join our team.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
