What a Typical Workday Looks Like

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will assist and advise customers to maximize sales. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting every customer warmly upon entry
• Helping customers find products, answering questions, explaining features, and suggesting other items
• Being available in the fitting room to assist customers
• Meeting and exceeding personal sales goals (training provided)
• Preparing and organizing products on the sales floor for an optimal shopping experience
• Maintaining store and backstore cleanliness and organization
• Identifying new products to share top picks with customers
• Processing transactions at the cash register
• Following policies and procedures of the head office (training provided)
• Performing additional duties to support the team
