Job summary

The Wine Shop in Ontario is seeking a sales teammate to deliver superior shopping experiences. You will assist customers, provide product information, and support merchandising while handling cash and balancing tills.

Applicants need 2 years of customer service experience, Smart Serve Certification, and familiarity with Windows applications. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated guest/customer service excellence focus.
• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure total customer satisfaction and outstanding service.
• Assist customers with purchases and provide product information.
