What a Typical Workday Looks Like

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will assist and advise customers while working to maximize sales. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting every customer warmly
• Helping customers find products, answering questions, explaining features, and suggesting items
• Being available in the fitting room
• Meeting and exceeding personal sales goals (training provided)
• Preparing and displaying products to enhance the shopping experience
• Maintaining store cleanliness and organization
• Sharing new product information with customers
• Processing transactions at the cash register
• Following policies and procedures (training provided)
• Supporting team duties as needed
