LEONS IS LOOKING FOR A FULL-TIME FURNITURE SALES ASSOCIATE!

The ideal candidates have a passion for furniture and understand the importance of customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience. Being a sales associate at Leon’s Furniture means you are the catalyst of the business; selling quality merchandise and helping our valued customers turn their dream homes into reality. Our sales associates are regarded amongst the best in the industry because of their professionalism, integrity, product knowledge, and commitment to providing our customers with the ultimate buying experience. As a member of our team, you will help customers with their purchases, answer questions, and provide support and assistance to your colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Welcome customers warmly and build relationships to understand their furniture needs.
  2. Assist customers in finding furniture pieces that suit their style, budget, and space requirements.
  3. Develop an in-depth understanding of the furniture selection, including materials, designs, dimensions, and care instructions.
  4. Explain the features and benefits of various products to help customers make informed decisions.
  5. Guide customers through the purchasing process, from selection to finalizing transactions.
  6. Handle questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and patience.
  7. Assist customers in placing orders, arranging financing, and scheduling deliveries.
  8. Verify order accuracy and coordinate follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Address customer concerns, product issues, or complaints promptly and effectively.
  10. Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets by employing effective selling techniques.
  11. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, including Value Added Products and Services (VAPS) and product protection.
  12. Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
  13. Educate customers about policies related to warranties, returns, and exchanges.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.
