1-800-GOT-JUNK?, part of O2E Brands, is hiring happy, hardworking individuals to join our team of over 250 Remote Inbound Sales Agents across Canada.

• Hiring immediately for June 6th
• Full-Time: work 4 days, 10.5 hours each, between 7 AM - 7:30 PM MDT, with days off on WED/THUR/FRI
• Extended health benefits after a 3-month probation period
• Work from home with a 0-minute commute

A Day in the Life

• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
• No outbound cold calls; all calls are inbound
• Promote our services by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a finger
• Address customer inquiries about services, service areas, scheduling, and pricing, aiming to convert inquiries into bookings
• All new agents must be available to start on June 6th
• Receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training to set you up for success
• Post-training, join a team led by a Team Lead for ongoing support and growth

What You Bring to the Table

You must be legally authorized to work in Canada and currently reside in AB.

• Availability for training during the first 3 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM MDT
• Friendly telephone manner, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with learning new technology and a minimum typing speed of 25 WPM
• A quiet home workspace, reliable internet, and a personal computer with at least 8GB RAM
• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call centers, or related fields is a plus
• Wired Ethernet connection required
