Job summary

JD Sports Canada at Champlain Place in NB is seeking a sales associate to deliver outstanding guest experience in our sports-fashion retail environment. The role covers POS transactions, merchandising, and helping customers; on-site work, with both part-time and full-time permanent options.

You will build relationships, stay updated on products, and thrive under fast-paced store conditions while maintaining organization and integrity in customer service.

• Resolving customer issues effectively at store level in a timely and positive manner.
• Keep current on our product and service updates.
• Be aspirational to your customers in all aspects of culture: fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Processing and assembling orders for our online store.
