Job summary

JD Sports Canada is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for Mic Mac Mall in Dartmouth, NS. You will deliver exceptional guest service, assist with merchandising, and support store operations in a fast-growing fashion retail environment.

The role is permanent part-time with Spring/Summer 2026 opening, requiring enthusiasm for fashion and strong communication. On-site schedule, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks (receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, fitting room upkeep).
• Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues effectively at store level in a timely and positive manner.
• Keep current on product and service updates.
• Be aspirational to customers in culture: fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble orders for our online store.

A sales associate is responsible for delivering outstanding guest experience in our retail stores. As a sales associate, you will play a vital role of ensuring the success of the JD Sports team.
