The Role:

We’re looking for a Sales Assistant who is eager to start a career in automotive sales. This is an opportunity to learn the business from the ground up while supporting our Sales Team and developing the skills needed to grow into a Sales Consultant role.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with vehicles, customers, the sales process, and dealership operations while working alongside an experienced team. Automotive sales experience is an asset, but it’s not required—we’re willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Do:

This role is designed to give you the knowledge and experience to grow within automotive sales.

As you develop your product knowledge, customer service skills, and understanding of the sales process, you’ll have the opportunity to take on increased responsibility and work toward becoming a Sales Consultant.

Phase 1 Sales Assistant (hourly): Learn the lineup, support the sales team, greet customers, prep vehicles for delivery, handle paperwork and incoming leads.

Phase 2 Sales Trainee (hourly + early commission): Start working your own customers with a mentor, test drives, presenting numbers, closing your first deals.

Phase 3 Sales Consultant (full commission, uncapped with goal of earning $100,000 per year): Run your own pipeline and earn on every vehicle you deliver.
