Who We're Looking For

For our K-Way store in Bari, we are seeking experienced Sales Assistants.

The role involves providing excellent customer service and sales support.

You will ensure the store maintains an inviting appearance that encourages sales through order, cleanliness, and a complete product range.

Expect to demonstrate courtesy, friendliness, and kindness, working collaboratively with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting customers during sales;
• Managing and maintaining merchandise on display;
• Replenishing stock to ensure high merchandise availability;
• Maintaining store cleanliness and order;
• Managing fitting rooms according to company guidelines;

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in a ready-to-wear retail, premium, or luxury brand;
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility with schedules;

This is a fixed-term full-time position (40 hours/week) for 3 months.
