Job summary

Grande Prairie Floral in Summerside is seeking a motivated part-time floral designer and customer service associate. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

You will prepare floral orders, take phone orders, assist customers in store, handle daily POS transactions, and work with the manager to maintain product knowledge and store standards. Some evenings and weekends during holidays may be required.

• Experience as a florist preferred.

• Fantastic opportunity for a strong, energetic individual. We are currently looking for
• Part Time Worker floral designer/customer service Part Time Worker floral designer/customer service. While experience working with flowers is an asset, for the right candidate full training will be provided in all aspects of the business.
• All employees are on a first name basis. We encourage everyone to communicate openly with management, and to work as a team to best serve our customers. While working in a flower shop is very rewarding, is also very demanding. We never forget our goal of exceeding each customer's expectations. That's not always easy, but that's what we expect from one another. If you are offered and accept a position as temporary employee designer/clerk, you must be willing to work some evenings and weekends and extended hours during holidays.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare floral orders;

• Ensure a high level of store maintenance;

Requirements:
