In this role, you will be responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of the vehicle display, appearance, and general organization of all new and/or pre-owned vehicles at the dealership. Primary Responsibilities:

1. Ensure showroom cars are cleaned daily and assist with showroom coordination as required.
2. Rotate showroom and display cars weekly or as needed.
3. Perform quality control inspections on delivery vehicles and ensure they meet standards.
4. Deliver and/or pick up documents from the License Bureau as required.
5. Check in new vehicles upon arrival by transport and note any damages on the Bill of Lading.
6. Report all defects and damages to the Sales Manager immediately.
7. Maintain adequate customer parking spaces on the lot.
8. Maintain the general cleanliness of the lot, showroom, and washrooms according to Pfaff standards.
9. Run errands for reception and the sales department as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive field is an asset.
• A clean driver abstract and the ability to drive a manual transmission are required.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
