Job Description

• Assist customers with selling and renting musical instruments and gear.
• Help customers load rental gear to and from vehicles.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits.
• Answer calls professionally and promptly.
• Follow up on product orders with customers and suppliers.
• Use common sense to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, policies, and procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• Merchandise the store to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Participate in store maintenance, warehouse duties, and related tasks.

Job Requirements

• Must be a musician who plays at least one instrument.
• Ability to demonstrate and educate customers on basic PA setup.
• Availability to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
• Ability to troubleshoot via phone and email.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 65 lbs / 30 kg.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
