Responsabilités

Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the business development of the agency by networking and connecting with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate sales referrals for home care solutions. She/he will coordinate and manage sales within a defined geographic area and ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating local marketing & business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develops a sales and marketing plan
• Plans and creates business development opportunities
• Follows the Qualicare sales system to promote Qualicare services
• Conducts a minimum of 35 sales calls per week
• Establishes working rapport with health care professionals and potential referral sources within a designated territory
• Identifies new business opportunities and creates and builds proposals
• Manages sales accounts and meets financial targets with respect to sales and business development opportunities
• Participates in opportunities to increase social media activity and effectiveness
