About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Leasing Agent with exceptional organizational and sales skills. This position requires that you use our tools (Hubspot, OpenPhone) for tracking activities with the leads. The ideal candidate must enjoy chatting with leads and helping them find the best apartment for them. You’re expected to be organized in keeping your contact records clean, tours are scheduled and attended to properly, and ensuring that all leads you sign are able to submit the required documents for their onboarding.
This role requires that you attend all Sales Meetings and be at the office. You will also be traveling around especially for tours for our properties. Not all leads are available to communicate or tour properties during office hours, so expect that you will be working nights and weekends depending on the lead’s availability.
