About the Role :

Leasea Residential is the fastest-growing leasing agency in Montreal and has secured a very exciting pipeline of projects for 2025 and beyond. We are looking for a full-time commission-based role that requires an adaptable and self-motivated individual. The position involves traveling for property visits as needed based on requests but also allows the flexibility to plan your own schedule accordingly. The average expected income is $5,000 per month , with significant potential for growth, especially during the spring and summer months.

Key Responsibilities :

• Advertise and show available rental properties to potential tenants.
• Qualify prospects and close leases by explaining rental terms and answering questions about the property and community.
• Communicate effectively with landlords, potential tenants, and team members to ensure a smooth leasing operation.
• Report property issues and potential liabilities to our internal team.
• Continuously strive to improve occupancy rates.

Qualifications :

• Fluency in French and English.
• Leasing experience a plus.
• Has a vehicle with an active driver's license.
• Proven ability to work independently and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
