What You’ll Do:
TheSales and Events Manager (SEM)is the ambassador for all CRAFT Beer Market’s Activations and Functions. The role oversees all promotional activations, event sales, client relationships and correspondence. TheSEMis responsible for managing the CRM for your sales territory and providing guests with the best customer experience possible. We trust the coordinator to understand the ins and outs of their locations and how to utilize our CRAFT locations to create memorable guest events. The coordinator will report directly to theNational Events Managerwhilst working closely with the GM and Executive Chef. This position will actively pursue, negotiate, book and organize functions and reservations for the restaurant in order to achieve revenue goals. This individual must have strong written and verbal etiquette, with a proactive approach to their tasks.
