Compass Group Canada’s The Lazy Gourmet in Vancouver is seeking a Catering Supervisor to lead on-site staff during catered events, coordinate service flow, and ensure guest satisfaction from setup to teardown.

You will drive timelines, manage staff, and liaise with clients to deliver high-quality service. A valid BC driver's license is required; candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and attention to detail.

The hourly wage rate for this position is $23.00 to $26.00 Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Job Summary

• Managing a catered event requires solution-based thinking, speed and sense of urgency while following timelines, as well as attention to detail for service floor plans and table maps for plated dinners. This is a leadership role that requires managing the on-site staff and keeping everyone on task, while also overseeing the entire scope of service and liaising with our clients.
