Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Channel Manager to join our team. This dual-role involves engaging directly with end customers and managing our network of resellers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B software sales, channel development, and enterprise solutions. This position has a direct impact on revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Direct Sales: Identify, prospect, and close B2B sales opportunities; conduct consultative sales with mid-market and enterprise clients; understand client needs and tailor Artsyl solutions accordingly.
  2. Channel Partner Management: Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with resellers, VARs, and partners; collaborate on joint sales efforts, training, and go-to-market strategies; serve as the main contact for partner success and pipeline development.
  3. Revenue Ownership: Own sales targets across direct and channel segments; manage the full sales cycle from demos to closing; forecast and report sales activities using CRM tools.
  4. Strategic Growth: Develop and implement plans to expand Artsyl’s customer and partner base in North America; stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client needs.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in B2B sales or channel management, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or automation software.
  • Proven success in direct sales and managing reseller networks.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills.
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and solution selling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems or document automation is a plus.
  • Experience working with North American clients and partners preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
