SHR Talent is partnering with a client in Nashville, TN in its search for a Sales Analyst. The Sales Analyst is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

The Sales Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance. Working closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams, the Sales Analyst will support strategic initiatives, drive revenue growth, and enhance overall sales operations. The Sales Analyst position is ideal for someone who is a self-starter with a passion for using data to drive business decisions who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning complex data into meaningful business intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into sales performance and key metrics
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support campaign analysis and Return on Investment (ROI) tracking
• Monitor sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and recommend adjustments to optimize strategies
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform pricing and promotional strategies
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes by providing data-driven insights
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner
• Maintain data integrity and work with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to ensure accurate reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a similar analytical role
• Proficiency in Excel and Tableau, required
