We are looking for a Sales Analyst to help us turn raw data into actionable insights that accelerate our sales performance, optimize key processes, and drive revenue growth. What You'll Do

  • Partner with Sales Operations, Enablement, and Revenue leaders to analyze sales trends, performance metrics, and conversion patterns across channels
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs that provide visibility into pipeline health, rep productivity, lead conversion, and revenue attribution
  • Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities across the sales funnel, and surface insights to drive decision-making and performance
  • Support forecasting, territory planning, and sales compensation analysis
  • Ensure data cleanliness, consistency, and usability across Salesforce and adjacent tools (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Excel/Sheets)
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Growth teams to build cohesive performance narratives
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and modeling support for leadership to assess business opportunities and strategic initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Business Analytics — ideally within a high-growth, data-driven environment
  • Experience working with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, Excel/Sheets, SQL, etc.)
  • Experience in a healthcare, health tech, or B2B SaaS environment is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear business recommendations
  • High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with CRM reporting (Salesforce preferred)
  • Clear communication skills — written and verbal — and a collaborative approach to cross-functional work
  • Detail-oriented with a drive to proactively identify and solve business problems

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, CX) with reporting and strategic insights
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and scaling data practices in a growing organization
  • Understanding of sales funnel metrics, CAC/LTV, conversion rates, and forecasting models

  • The base salary for this role ranges from $80,000 CAD-$120,000 CAD, depending upon experience
