Job summary

Birks Group, a luxury jewelry retailer, invites applications for a Key Holder/Sales Advisor at its Bayshore store in Ottawa. You will support the leadership team, drive sales, deliver exceptional service, and maintain a luxury shopping experience for every client.

• 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in luxury, jewelry, fashion, watches, or premium customer service.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills and can lead the team in the absence of management.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment with solid prioritization and attention to detail.

As a Key Holder/Sales Advisor at our Bayshore store, you will support the store leadership team in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence. Acting as a leader on the sales floor, you will help motivate the team, oversee daily store operations, and ensure a luxury shopping experience for every client. Key Holders are responsible for opening and closing the store, managing cash and inventory procedures, and serving as a trusted resource for both clients and team members.
