Ideal candidates have 2+ years in luxury retail, track records of meeting sales targets, and strong leadership and communication skills. You will coach staff, manage cash and inventories, and uphold Birks' commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in luxury, jewelry, fashion, watches, or premium customer service.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills and can confidently lead the team in the absence of management.
• Is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and building long-term client relationships.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Is comfortable with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.

As a Key Holder/Sales Advisor at our Bayshore store, you will support the store leadership team in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence. Acting as a leader on the sales floor, you will help motivate the team, oversee daily store.
