We are seeking Outside Sales Advisors who are true selling professionals, understanding that success in sales relies on building relationships and finding creative, mutually beneficial solutions. The ideal candidate practices effective communication daily by maintaining old relationships, developing new ones, and continually enhancing their skills to be the best in the industry.

Requirements
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals and expectations
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; ability to build strong customer relationships
Specific Qualifications for the Outside Sales Advisor Position
  • Post-secondary education in business or marketing (an asset)
  • Minimum three years of business-to-consumer sales experience
  • Proven success track record
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Basic PC proficiency
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, and some weekends
  • Prior HVAC experience is not required
Responsibilities

As an Outside Sales Advisor, you will be rewarded daily, with a shorter selling cycle and direct communication with decision-makers, not gatekeepers. You will control your earnings! This is a performance-based, commission-only role.

Your specific duties include:
  • Engaging with new, current, and previous customers to provide solutions for their home comfort needs
  • Helping homeowners save on utilities and future repairs
  • Following up to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
  • Achieving sales goals at or above quota revenues
