Job description

Job Title: Sales Advisor

Immediate Supervisor: Senior Director of Marketing

Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Marketing, the person in this role will answer inbound calls, online form requests, and social media questions from customers to enhance the customer experience and increase satisfaction.

Main Tasks:

  1. Provide high-quality service by assessing and responding to customer needs
  2. Answer inbound calls to provide product or service information
  3. Use internal appointment scheduling system to book appointments at various locations
  4. Respond to written questions/comments received via email and social media platforms
  5. Explain and promote ongoing promotions to customers
  6. Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  7. Offer recommendations and add-ons during booking

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Profile Required:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; automotive experience is an asset
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent sales skills; confident and positive communication
  • Customer service oriented
  • Willing to learn and participate in ongoing training
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Adaptable and flexible to customer needs
  • Accountable and proactive
  • Fast worker capable of multitasking

Software Used:

  • Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet
  • Social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Other internal platforms (training provided)
