IRIS, The Visual Group is looking for a sales advisor in Langley, BC.

Clinic hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Wednesday 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM.

Job Descriptions

• Advising patients about proper frame choices and appropriate lens options
• Performing frame adjustments and repairs
• Preparing exam rooms, cleaning, and setting up equipment
• Conducting pre‑testing procedures using diagnostic equipment
• Greeting patients in a warm and courteous way
• Responding to a large volume of phone calls, emails, and faxes
• Scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling examinations and appointments
• Collecting contact and health information, and answering patient questions efficiently
• Invoicing patients and using point of sale machine
• Submitting insurance payments for patients
• Scanning hard files
