Qualifications

• Previous administration experience would be an asset.
• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Comfortable utilizing computer software to perform everyday activities, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Valid Class 5F drivers license and own transportation to and from work are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating sales activities and support the Sales Manager.
• Manage vehicle inventory and input wholesale data and new car inventory online.
• File organization and general administrative duties.
