Job summary

Birchwood Hyundai in Manitoba is seeking an Automotive Accessories Sales Advisor to drive accessory sales, manage displays, and support profitability. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Parts, and Service to identify customer needs, recommend upfits, and maximize revenue across the dealership.

You will engage daily with new and existing customers, delivering tailored recommendations and maintaining strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

Experience in auto parts or dealership sales is preferred.
Strong ability to upfit and cross-sell accessories.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the sale, promotion, and display of automotive accessories and point-of-sale materials.
Meet or exceed departmental sales budgets and growth objectives.
Drive department growth through merchandising and proactive follow-up.
Maintain profitability through pricing, inventory awareness, and product knowledge.
Collaborate with Finance and Sales to maximize revenue.
Identify cross-selling opportunities with Parts and Service.
Engage daily with customers to understand needs and deliver recommendations.
Participate in weekly Sales and Finance meetings.
Guide truck upfit decisions to match customer vehicle vision.
