Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and sales support
  • Organize, create, prepare, and produce client-specific deliverables including market surveys, tour itineraries, questionnaires, etc.
  • Prepare market and space availability searches
  • Update client and market information using our CRM system
  • Research and gather data on new opportunities, transactions, and tenants in the market
  • Collaborate closely with sales professionals and the Shared Services team on various initiatives and special projects
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education required; university degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite; Adobe InDesign is a plus
  • Ability to perform intermediate calculations such as percentages, discounts, and basic financial analysis
  • High energy, initiative-driven, and proactive
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capable of managing multiple deadlines and projects under pressure
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
