A global Automotive Parts Manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team in Woodstock, ON area. Responsibilities - Sales Administrator

• Process customer orders, quotes, and returns accurately using the AS400 system.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and product information.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports and handling inquiries.
• Communicate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Assist in managing customer relationships by responding to basic inquiries and following up on orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements - Sales Administrator

• Associate degree or higher in Business or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the US for business trips.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an intermediate or higher level.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong numerical and calculation skills.
