This role involves overseeing processes and relationships for the successful sale and implementation of material handling systems. System Sales Engineers will work with predetermined accounts and develop new partnerships, collaborating closely with Solutions Engineering, Sales, Project Engineering, Installation, and Project Management teams. The primary focus is to liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of solutions tailored to customer needs.

You’ll be…
  • The primary contact and relationship builder with customers
  • Helping customers via email, phone, online presentations, screen sharing, and in-person meetings
  • Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
  • Ensuring timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs
  • Communicating progress on initiatives to stakeholders
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics using our CRM system
  • Working with internal teams to onboard and develop clients
  • Driving proposal generation with cross-functional teams
What You’ll Need…
  • 5+ years of Sales or Account Management experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and listening skills
  • Experience delivering integrated material handling systems
  • Attention to detail for quote accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership abilities
Mechanical, Software, and Electrical Understanding
  • Knowledge of mechanical, software, and electrical systems related to current products, gained through education or experience
  • Ability to understand conveyor and material handling system principles and supporting electrical/control systems
  • Capability to apply current product lines innovatively to meet customer needs and guide new product development
