We’re looking for a results-oriented Sales Account Manager who is passionate about partnering with our advertisers, educating them, and helping to solve ambiguous business problems, mitigating risks before they become roadblocks.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will manage and deliver against complex advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue and exceed targets. You'll nurture customer relationships, create revenue opportunities, analyze data to understand trends, communicate insights, and leverage Amazon’s proprietary data for strategic recommendations. This role involves collaboration with Creative, Senior Sales, Product, and Retail partners, and aims to unlock greater value for our advertisers.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Become a knowledgeable partner and leader on Amazon Advertising solutions.
  2. Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients.
  3. Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers.
  4. Develop annual media strategies based on advertiser goals.
  5. Create campaign strategies and audience engagement recommendations.
  6. Evaluate success metrics and drive campaign performance using data.
  7. Perform in-depth data analysis to form and deliver actionable recommendations.
  8. Educate advertisers on performance metrics and insights.
  9. Work cross-functionally to drive revenue and increase satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years relevant experience in client-facing roles such as sales, digital marketing, or analytics.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and contributing to revenue growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, or Business; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in omni-channel marketing, digital advertising, and data analysis.
  • Ability to solve problems spanning business and technology.
  • Strong organizational, relationship-building, and communication skills.
