Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager, located in Halifax, NS. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and generating new leads. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining regular communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, and developing strategies to grow client accounts. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.
