We’re hiring multiple full-timeSales & Account Executiveto join our team indowntown Vancouver. Your primary role will be to engage recruitment decision-makers in small to large enterprises and recommend the most suitable solutions from our offerings.

Some key accountabilities will be:

  • Engaging prospects through multitouch approaches(50 B2B outbound calls per day)while meeting sales/KPI targets
  • Conducting discovery calls to understand recruitment goals and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Managing pricing discussions, handling objections, and guiding prospects through the sales process
  • Leading qualified software demos with product specialists
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships for repeat business and account growth
  • Collaborating with recruitment teams to align solutions with client needs

As the Business Development Representative, you’ll also act as the primary account manager, supported by a team of recruitment specialists to execute the strategies you sell.

About You

To qualify, you'll haveproven, successful sales experience, and have worked in some capacity in aB2Benvironment (e.g., software sales, SaaS, recruitment services, etc.). We recognize that the ideal candidate sometimes takes time to build up, but don't worry, ourextensive training programwill get you where you need to be!

Continued ambitions to build a career in sales will ensure your success. Fluency in Spanish or French is an asset but not required.
