This is a full time sales associate position with generous benefits and competitive salary. This position is a fully remote position.

The Inside Sales Account Executive’s mission is to create effective inside sales strategies for inbound and outbound team building leads and innovate within the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who will hunt for opportunities within our business pipelines.

Position Description

  • Primarily drive the outbound sales activities to create a sustainable new business pipeline (70% of time)
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through targeted outbound sales campaigns
  • Develop and refine outbound sales methodologies, including scripts and playbooks
  • Conduct proactive outreach and follow-ups with potential business clients
  • Manage to select inbound leads, focusing on team-building events, corporate events, and large groups (30% of time)
  • Efficiently track and manage sales pipeline and activities
  • Enhance the sales process for better efficiency and outcomes
  • Achieve sales goals for both inbound and outbound efforts

Outcomes

  • Steadily grow the outbound business opportunity base
  • Improve the average lead value and conversion rates on a monthly basis
  • Achieve 100% follow-up rate within 1 business day for inbound leads and within 3 business days for post-event follow-ups
  • Develop a robust outbound sales funnel with a clear client acquisition strategy
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets for both inbound and outbound segments
  • Ensure regular and meaningful engagement with high-value prospects and clients
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, with proficiency in CRM tools (experience with Hubspot preferred)
  • Can connect well and connect with our user base
  • Can enthusiastically sell our products and pitch our products - high-energy
  • Exceptional email skills (even when replying to our interview)
  • Good follow-up (should ask for next steps in each stage)
  • Strong background in both outbound and inbound sales
  • Effective communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • 2 years in a remote sales environment, pitching via video
  • An organized approach to lead management and follow-up
  • Skilled in developing and executing new sales strategies and programs
  • Good understanding of customer needs and ability to tailor outreach accordingly
  • Resilient and optimistic, with a methodical sales process approach
