• Monitors food levels and restocks as needed during the shift.
• Assists with prep or cleaning tasks as needed by the kitchen team.
• Disposes of expired items according to policies.
• Interacts with customers and responds to inquiries or special requests.
• Completes opening and closing duties for the salad bar station.
